These terms govern use of Navyo by Pevalon Platforms GmbH. By using Navyo, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable maritime rules and laws.
Marine safety
Navyo provides planning and decision-support tools. It is not an official chart, navigation system, autopilot, weather warning service, emergency service, or replacement for skipper judgment. Always verify routes, depths, hazards, weather, traffic, notices to mariners, and local regulations using official sources and onboard instruments.
Weather and route limits
Forecasts, model data, map data, landmask data, channels, POIs, and routing results can be incomplete, delayed, wrong, unavailable, or unsuitable for a specific vessel. You are responsible for deciding whether a route is safe.
Accounts and access
You must keep account credentials secure. Access may be limited by tier, region, data availability, beta status, abuse prevention, or legal requirements.
Subscriptions
Navyo launches as a free beta. Paid plans, when enabled, may be sold through Stripe on the web and Apple or Google in-app purchase on mobile where required. Entitlements are granted only after payment or app-store receipt validation succeeds.
Support reports
When you send a report, you authorize Navyo to use the supplied route, weather, device, and diagnostic context to reproduce and fix the issue. Do not submit confidential information unless needed for support.
Availability
We work to keep Navyo reliable, but services may be interrupted for maintenance, upstream data changes, storage outages, or network failures.
